Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at installing the CURT Four-Pole Trailer Wiring Harness on a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander. Adding four-pole trailer wiring harness to any vehicle with a hitch is always a good idea because even if you aren't planning on towing a trailer, it's nice to have the ability to. So if you're just getting a small utility trailer or maybe you pick up some jet skis, whatever it may be, you're gonna want this to keep you safe and legal. This is gonna plug into four-pole trailer wiring harness on the trailer, and that's gonna give you your running lights, your turn signals, and brake lights. Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness. So what's great about this is the fact that whenever you're not using your wiring, it's going to be stored inside of your Outlander, out of sight and out of the element. So it'll really stay protected. Whenever you are ready to use it, though, just grab it out of your storage compartment, and drape it over the threshold. Anywhere along the threshold is fine, you just want to do your best to avoid the latch area here, because if you get hung up in there, it could potentially get damaged. more

Today, I have a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander, and I want to walk you through how to install the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with four-Pole Flat Trailer Connector. Hang this on your vehicle, it's going to give you a lot of different options to get lighting functions to either a trailer, maybe you have a cargo carrier. To get lighting functions back to them, so you're not only safe, but you're legal. Everybody around you knows what you're doing.This wiring harness is designed to live inside of the vehicle, so when we're not using it, we simply can roll it up, put it in a compartment in the back here, and it stays out of the weather and it's ready to go for the next time. When we're ready to use it, you simply pull it out, and you want to make sure it's laying over top of this rubber piece, staying away from anywhere where the hatch attaches down there, or locks in place.This wiring harness is going to give us 2.1 amps per trigger for our stop and turn signals, and 5.6 amps per trigger for our tail lights. more

Today on 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Tekonsha T-One vehicle wiring harness for factory tow package, with a 4-pole flat trailer connector. That's gonna be part number 118277. So here's what our wiring is gonna look like once we have it installed. It is gonna provide us with a 4-pole flat trailer connector, and give us all the signals we need to get safely down the road, like our turn signals, tail lights, and stop lights. Now our wiring is designed to stay on the inside of the vehicle until we're ready to use it. Then once we do, we can drop it out the rear hatch. more

Today, on our 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander, we're going to take a look at and also show you how to install the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with the 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector. Part number is 118277. When we need it, we can simply open up our hatch door, bring our wiring out. It's okay to let it hang right over the threshold here. It's going to give us enough padding to allow it to be protected. We just, of course, want to avoid our striker area there. Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander- Video
Alright today, on this Mitsubishi Outlander, we are going to install part number 118518 from Tow Ready. First thing we need to do is open the back hatch and get access to the jack storage compartment. Let us remove the door to the compartment, and we will also have to remove this pocket right here. It will just pop out. So we will take the white end of our Tow Ready harness and plug it into that. Next, we are going to work with our ground wire. We will attach it to the sheet metal right here. Now we have got to install the modular for the wire harness that will plug into the gray connector that is on the Tow Ready harness. Snap it in place. It has got an adhesive back. We will go ahead and attach it to the sheet metal behind. It is safe and out of the way. 0:54 more
